Our client has a land concession in the Costa Verde of Lima, in which he has been using only half of the land area having installed a tap and multimarket. However, he asked us to carry out an urban study to establish whether the activities of a soccer field and/or public events could be carried out in part of the land that was not being used.
Thus, a legal technical study was conducted and it was determined that, although such activities were compatible with the use assigned to the land by the district municipality, which would generate the profitability of the land in favour of the client, it is also true that these uses are not contemplated/authorized within the concession contract, so it was recommended to request their inclusion within the concession for which an addendum to the contract had to be signed. Our participation also extends to the negotiations that will be held both with the officials of the Municipality of San Miguel and with the authorities that manage the Costa Verde de Lima, to expose and request the inclusion of such uses for the optimization and profitability of the concession granted in favour of the client.
