Client requirement: Our client has various mining concessions in Arequipa. Usually, the Concessions are located in the fields of Rural Communities. We have helped during various years our client to reach an agreement with the Rural Community. Because of political and cultural reasons, it is not easy to reach into agreement with the rural communities in Peru. Our client needed to increase its production and because of that a new “agreement” with the community was needed.
Our participation: Our team helped Imerys understanding the Rural Community needs and demands in order to reach an agreement that could permit the increase of its production without harming its current agreements with the Rural Community.
