We advised MARS, a global food manufacturer, regarding a special regulatory figure (exhaustion of stock). This matter was particularly challenging and complex as the legal figure is not regulated by SENASA as by other sanitary authorities (such as DIGEMID and DIGESA), and we got to discuss the legal void with the Authority to reach a solution for our client. Given such scenario, and after several meetings and legal analysis from the team, we filed a formal request and the authority redirected the administrative proceeding, which ended in a positive and very satisfactory result for the company.
