Client requirement: Due to the provisions against sexual harassment in the workplace, our client requested the training to prevent and sanction sexual harassment at work.
Our participation: Our advice included the training for employees in general and for the committee of sexual harassment regarding obligations that companies must comply in this matter.
Benefit for the client: With the training, our client will comply with the obligation to train the staff and the committee according to law, as well as avoid any sanction from the Labor Authority. Also, both the staff and the committee will be trained to act in case of a sexual harassment complaint.
