Client Requirement: Due to the provisions against sexual harassment in the workplace, our client required to provide the trainings to prevent and sanction sexual harassment in the workplace.
Our Participation: Our advice includes the specialized training provided to the human resources area and the sexual harassment prevention and sanction committee on sexual harassment prevention and sanction regulations in the workplace.
Benefit for the Client: The Client has already provided the trainings to prevent and sanction the sexual harassment in the workplace, which will be avoid any sanction (e.g., imposition of fines) of the Labor Administrative Authority. Also, the Client will knowledge the procedure that must follow in case of a complaint of sexual harassment filed by an employee.
