Specialized training provided to the human resources area and the sexual harassment prevention and sanction committee on sexual harassment prevention and sanction regulations in the workplace.
Training provided to all company’s employees for prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.
Benefit for the Client: The Client has already implemented all the legal requirement regarding the prevention and sanction against sexual harassment in the workplace, which will be avoid any sanction (e.g., imposition of fines) of the Labor Administrative Authority. Also, the Client will knowledge the procedure that must follow in case of a complaint of sexual harassment filed by an employee.
