Also, we review the Internal Work Regulation of the company, update it, and made the corresponding changes so the client can avoid any contingency.
Benefit for the Client: The Client has already implemented all the legal requirement regarding the prevention and sanction against sexual harassment in the workplace and Internal Work Regulation, which will be avoid any sanction (e.g., imposition of fines) of the Labor Administrative Authority. Also, the Client will knowledge the procedure that must follow in case of a complaint of sexual harassment filed by an employee or in case there is an internal complain of an employee.
