Our Participation: Our advice includes the review of all the labor legal labor obligations (labor contracts, termination documents, proof of payment of labor benefits / legal contributions, internal policies, among others), coordination with the local company and the elaboration of a vendor labor law red flag due diligence report.
Benefit for the Client: The Client has a summary of the key findings that have been identified in the context of the legal documentary due diligence and will take actions to mitigate and/or eliminate labor contingencies to has a successful investment. that helped the buyer to have an accurate view of the company that they were buying.
