Client Requirement: The client request advice on the negotiation and elaboration of a labor contract for the future General Manager of Ticketmaster with special clauses and analysis of the ones applicable in relation to the Peruvian legislation and the corporate conditions worldwide, taking in consideration the need to reduce all kinds of possible contingencies in the future.
Our Participation: Our participation included advice on the elaboration of the labor contract and the possibility to include special clauses in it regarding the Peruvian Law and the negotiation with the lawyer of the future employee.
