Alliance Tire Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliance Tire Group K.K. (ATGKK), Japan, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd., Japan. ALLIANCE TIRE COMPANY LIMITED, and its predecessors, have been manufacturing and marketing tires under the ALLIANCE trademark for many decades.
We assist Alliance Tire Company Limited in registering trademarks in Peru. Recently one of its ALLIANCE brands was denied due to the existence of the BABY ALLIANCE MEMBER brand, so we appealed the denial Resolution and in seeking to obtain the brand registration, a cancellation action has been initiated due to lack of use of the BABY ALLIANCE brand.
