We advised the company in the negotiation with Illumina, Inc. on the coexistence agreement of trademarks DRAGER / DRAGEN, in classes 9 and 42.
These types of negotiations are usually quite delicate, since these are recognized brands with a history behind them, obviously both our client and Illumina want to maintain their brands as unique in the market.
We have worked on the negotiations advising our client on the protection of their trademarks in Peru. This matter is still ongoing but we have a very good chance of achieving a satisfactory negotiation.
