The client requested our assistance in adapting to the new requirements established by the customs authority in order to maintain its foreign trade authorization. Failure to comply with such requirements implied the imposition of fines and even the suspension of the authorization required by the company to carry out its operations.
In view of this, we assisted the company in identifying the pending requirements and in the selection of the person who would occupy the new position required by the Customs Administration (customs representative). In this way, the Company avoided the imposition of sanctions.
