The client requested our assistance in the procedure for the renewal of the guarantee required to maintain its authorization as a foreign trade operator. If the renewal is not carried out, the authorization would be suspended by the Customs Administration.
In response to this request, we coordinated with the financial institution that would issue the guarantee to ensure that it complies with the requirements of the customs legislation. Likewise, we coordinated with the Administration in order to ensure the correct registration of the client’s guarantee. As a result of the efforts made, the guarantee was correctly renewed and the Company was able to continue to carry out its operations normally.
