The client requested us to assist them in updating their customs authorization as a foreign trade operator; this, considering the renewal of their permit as an air carrier. The client required this update in order to continue operating, otherwise the Customs Administration would sanction it with the suspension of its authorization. Likewise, the client required to renew the validity of its access to the Customs system in order to number customs declarations and comply with other legal obligations.
Accordingly, we carried out the requested update and requested the renewal of the validity of its accesses codes. Furthermore, we coordinate with the customs authority so that the updating of their authorization and renewal of the validity of their accesses is carried out in a timely manner. As a result of the above, the client was able to continue carrying out its customs operations normally.
