We advised Clorox with the additional arguments before the judge within the Cassation Process in order to submit an extraordinary judicial resource.
In this regard, we reviewed the judgement that was issued by the Supreme Court of Justice regarding the prosecuted competition proceeding between Clorox and Indecopi.
In this sense, we prepared several arguments to refute the legal position of the Supreme Court regarding the negative effects of Clorox agreement over the competition process.
