We advised APMTC regarding an advice that required evaluating the implementation of a promotion/discount policy on the standard rate for the ships APM transports, pursuant to the antitrust regulations, which included analyzing the markets involved in said policy, the relationship between competitors and the specific provisions General Rate Regulations, regarding this kind of policies.
