After the closure of a case for alleged inappropriate touching, the judge referred the file to a new prosecutor’s office, in order to open an investigation for omission of duties against the school’s principal, which is why we decided to take steps to get the case closed, arguing to the prosecutor that the crime had not been committed because it had already been analyzed and closed previously.
This achievement is very important because, even though there was a court order, we managed to avoid an investigation or search of the client and the case was quickly dismissed.
