We provided assistance to the client in the implementation of the data protection regulation with the identification of categories of databanks subjects to registration before the Peruvian Data Protection Authority for three linked entities in Peru (Ravago Peru, Channel Prime Alliance and Dispercol), elaboration of institutional data protection policies, security of information policy, proceedings for the attendance of data subject’s rights.
