We successfully represented the company before the Tax Administration and handle the procedure to obtain the certification of the cost of their shares in a Peruvian company for about US$ 142,000,000. Due to amount to be certified and the thigh schedule, this procedure involved the precise co-ordination with Peru and France to get the right supporting documentation on time. The final certification was issued for the full amount required.
