We gave tax advice on the acquisition of shares issued by Talex S.A. (one of the most important players in the fertilizers industry and insecticides for the agriculture in Peru).
Our team was involved from the structuring and planning stages to the negotiation and conclusion of the transaction. As a part of the negotiation process there was a deal breaker related with tax matters and a non-compete agreement. Our advice was crucial to find a solution and succesfully close the transaction in benefit of the parties.
