APM Terminals is a cargo and port services provider, being in charge of the most import port in Peru: The Port of Callao. In order to handle larger vessels, APM Terminals required us to obtain all the necessary licenses and permits before the Directorate General of Captaincies and Coast Guard of Peru for the pontoons to be installed on the docks. Our advice also included the preparation, negotiation and execution of the contract with the pontoons’ manufacturer.
