As part of its contractual commitments, APM Terminals must comply with rigorous contractual and regulatory procedures associated with the treatment of the assets it manages (owned by the Grantor- Ministry of Transportation). In that context, our participation has been active in the design of the strategy associated with the return of such assets to the Grantor when they are no longer needed by the company, especially a group of approximately 75 assets.
