We are representing Telecom Business Solution (TBS) in several claims against the Municipality of Metropolitan Lima about the Nullity of Licences for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure. In addition, the Municipality of Lima has issued rulings that order the destruction and removal of the infrastructure. TBS has requested precautionary measures before the Judiciary to stop the destruction of the above-mentioned infrastructure. TBS argued that the decision of removing the infrastructure is arbitrary. Estudio Olaechea has obtained precautionary measures before the judiciary in order to protect our client’s antennas. Also, Estudio Olaechea has filed several claims against the Municipality of Lima for bureaucratic barriers in the installation of telecommunications infrastructure The infrastructures are installed across all the city of Lima.
So far, we have gotten several Judgements ruling granted our claims.
