Our client, concessionaire of the North Terminal Multipurpose Port of Callao, has entrusted us with his defense in an administrative litigation against the Municipality of Callao, who has denied our client the building license for the expansion of the Multipurpose North Terminal of the Port of Callao. The result of this process, will affect the increase in the commercial operations of APM Terminals Callao S.A. and the expansion of the port infrastructure in the country´s main port.
