Client Requirement: Servigrifos manages several gas stations in the City of Lima. As part of its complementary business, Servigrifos counts with basic workshop car services within the premises of its gas stations. This year, Servigrifos has faced two kinds of discussions with the Water Authority. On one hand, the Water Authority challenged Servigrifos’ security measures to respond an event of fire. On the other hand, the Water Authority challenged Servigrifos’ waste water disposal mechanism. Servigrifos explained us its position and asked us to provide legal defence.
Our participation: For each one of these cases, we designed a tailor-made defence structure. The hard part in both procedures was that the first impression was against our Client. We needed to reverse from the Water Authority that first impression and we started it by filing comparisons with other experiences we were aware due to our vast knowledge of the field. After that, we introduced rationality principles to our grounds (i.e., that the measure expected by the Water Authority could be replaced by an alternative measure to respond any event of fire with a greater effectivity; that the waste water disposal mechanism does not need to be only one for the whole operation and that there should be no problem to use alternatively two different fashions of water disposal mechanisms)
Client benefit: Client was able to reverse the first impression of the Water Authority and supported its perspective on rationality principles under our advice.
