Client Requirement: We are advising our client, a Peruvian service provider in the mining sector, in a corporate restructuring. This company is a family-owned business know in the local market with a growing business that is looking for a material change in relation to its current management and shareholding structure. They are planning to continue expanding its business and for those effects they need to first reorganize internally to be more efficient.
