We advised Caterpillar Leasing Chile (CLC) in the submission of the recognition of credits petition before Indecopi, the Bankruptcy and Restructuring authority, within the insolvency proceeding of Ballinas Casquino y Landeo Ingenieros Contratistas S.A.C. Our team reviewed the documentation regarding the debts before CLC and formulated a strategy in relation with the obtention of the full pending credits in favour of CLC.
The proceeding began on September 2022 and now we are still waiting for the response from the authority regarding our petition.
