We advised Estudio Olaechea in the submission of the recognition of credits petition before Indecopi, the Bankruptcy and Restructuring authority, within the insolvency proceeding of Agrícola La Venta S.A. Therefore, we have been recently notified with Resolution Nº 3927-2022/CCO-INDECOPI where the Commission for Bankruptcy Proceedings (CCO) accepted our petition of recognition of credits. Nowadays, it is pending the establishment of the Creditors Board, since the proceeding began on May, 2022.
