We advised Lumen Technologies Inc (Lumen) on the most convenient way to extinguish Qwest Peru S.R.L., under Law No. 26887, General Companies Law, considering the prolonged inactivity of the company since its incorporation, tax implications and the lack of current appointed officers. We also advised the client on the query of carrying out a merger between the parent company and the Peruvian subsidiary.
