We advised Cushman & Wakefield Perú (C&W) in a query regarding the legal analysis on how to collect the debt of the company to its creditor, Arte Express y Compañía S.A.C., considering that the latter started a dissolution and liquidation procedure under the provisions of the Law No. 26887, General Companies Law. The team also advised the company on the possibility of filing a request for the start of an insolvency liquidation pursuant to Law No. 27809, General Law of the Insolvency System.
In this regard, we delivered our assessment on the possibilities to collect the company’s credit regarding these two (2) kinds of liquidation.
