Client Requirement: On November 2022, the Payments Agreements Regulations was published, this regulations is applicable to the client as Cards Payments Networks and involves several reporting obligations before the Central Bank of Perú. The client require to identify the obligations applicable to them and also the elaboration of a timeline that could serve them as a guide in order to comply with its obligations properly.
Our Participation: We provided legal support by elaborating a Gant Letter with all the obligations that the client would have to comply and by elaborating a Memo with a detailed explanation of which obligations are applicable to the client.
Benefit for the Client: The Gant Letter and the Memo serve as a guideline to the client in order to identify in much better way the obligations that it need to comply with.
