KAEFER KOSTEC S.A.C is a Peruvian company, part of the multinational KAEFER group, world leader in industrial services.
KAEFER has entrusted us to represent them in an important arbitration against Consorcio Cosapi-JJC-SC related to the breach of various obligations corresponding to a contract for the insulation service executed at the Talara Refinery. Currently, said refinery is in the process of being remodeled at a cost that to date exceeds US$6,000,000,000.
The importance of this arbitration is that its result will allow the termination of the execution of the contract and, consequently, the conclusion of the obligations in charge of KAEFER, which to date -due to the controversy- does not occur regardless the service has finished.
