ATRIA ENERGIA SpA (Chile)

This commercial arbitration has been initiated by Engie Energía Chile S.A. against Atria ENERGIA SpA based on a different interpretation of the Power Purchase Agreement celebrated between the parties on April 2021. The contract was executed normally by the parties from its beginning in January 2022 until Engie communicated that it had changed its interpretation towards some commercial aspects.
