Sergio Mottola (General Manager) and Victoria Chuco (legal representative) are attributed with the commission of the crime of incompatible negotiation, since they would have contributed to the actions of Flor de María Susana Piña (Head of the Office of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes) and other officials, who would have been unduly interested in favoring them and benefiting from the award of direct contracting for the acquisition of 301 monitors of vital functions of 08 parameters for a total of S/. 18’029,900.00, to the detriment of the Peruvian State. This case was assigned to us as soon as the Third Office of the First Corporate Provincial Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in corruption crimes against public officials of Lima formalized the preparatory investigation and on which we have been vigorously defending the representatives of the company Draeger Perú S.A.C., offering different evidentiary elements that prove the absence of any type of irregularity in the awarding of the mentioned contract. To date, the case is still under investigation.
