Desarrollos Terrestres S.A is part of Terra Towers, a group dedicated for more than 26 years to the installation of security and telecommunications infrastructure.
We were notified of a criminal complaint against the General Manager and two of his attorneys-in-fact, one of whom was a lawyer of the firm for the alleged commission of fraud, illicit appropriation, and labor offences. We noticed that this case was identical to a previous one that we successfully managed to close, therefore, after reviewing all the documentation, we presented our written defence allegations, requesting the closure of the case based of the principle of “ne bis in idem”.
After this request, the Prosecutor issued a decision to close the case and this decision was confirmed, concluding the investigation.
