San Fernando is the largest producer of poultry, eggs, pork and sausages in Peru.
We were notified with the start of an investigation against the company for the commission of the crime of usurpation in supposed prejudice of the owner of the adjacent property. The complainant indicated that while the company was making some arrangements on their property, they disturbed his possession by throwing garbage on his property and by closing the water line.
After reviewing the documentation and evidence, we elaborated our defence strategy, participated in the inspection and presented the written defence allegations, which proved that the company did not disturb the complainant’s possession.
With this information, the Prosecutor issued a decision to close the case.
