We have assessed our client Hytera regarding frequency assignment and the administrative proceeding that needs to be carried out before the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC). For that matter, the team reviewed the regulatory requirements that are applicable for the transfer of radio spectrum before the MTC, such as project profile, investment projection, letter of guarantee, among other requirements.
