Our client wanted to transfer a property located in Peru. The sale price of the Property amounted to the sum of US$ 2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand and 00/100 United States Dollars), including the General Sales Tax, if applicable.
Taking this into account, we analysed different structures were to find a cost and tax-efficient structure for the subscription of this sale of real property. We successfully represented the company and handled the procedure to subscribe of the sale of the real property. Additionally, we helped them to communicate at Peruvian Tax Administration about this operation and the statement and pay of the taxes affected this operation. This procedure involved the precise co-ordination with Peru and USA to obtain the right supporting documentation on time.
