Our firm provides advice to ACS Solutions Peru S.A., a local subsidiary of Conduent Inc. and the concessionaire of the fare collection system of local BRT Metropolitano and the integrated Complementary Corridors in the transaction to renegotiate and extend the concession for additional term, as well as the implementation of the complete modernization of the system and the implementation of a fare collection system on additional 10 kilometers of BRT corridor. Finally, the negotiation also includes the preparation of the system to interconnect with other transportation systems such as Lima Metro Lines 1 and 2.
Our roles involves the elaboration and negotiations of contractual documents, analysis of legal risks of the operation, as well as the elaboration and execution of plan of legal actions before the Urban Transport Authority for Lima and Callao (ATU), which is a specialized technical body of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications .
