Legal advice to GLOBALIA HANDLING SAU, S.L. and AEROSAN AIRPORT SERVICES S.A. in the framework of the Prequalification Stage of the Procurement Process regulated by Auction to select the Ramp Service Operators for passenger/cargo airlines and Ramp Service for cargo airlines at Jorge Chávez International Airport (AIJC) called by LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS S.R.L.
The companies were fully advised to submit the proposal according to the requirements of the contracting conditions, duly presenting the documentation requested by LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS S.R.L. as well as a series of consultations to prove the technical and financial experience that finally obtained a successful result within the framework of the procedure, resulting in a prequalified bidder in the contracting.
