Egejunín Tulumayo V S.A.C. is a company with the definitive concession to develop the activity of electricity generation with the future Hydroelectric Power Plant Tulumayo V with an installed capacity of 83.2 MW. Also, this client has the definitive concession to develop the activity of transmission of electric energy in the Transmission Line Tulumayo V in 220kv S.E: Tulumayo V – S.E. Tulumayo IV, located in Monobamba and Mariscal Castilla, provinces of Jauja and Concepción, department of Junín.

Since 2019, our client has been requesting the Ministry of Energy and Mines to modify its concession contracts due to events of force majeure. To date, we have carried out different actions, processing of authorizations, permits and meetings with Ministry officials, so that the power generation plant project and the two transmission line projects continue to develop normally and start commercial operation.
During the year 2023, we have supported the client with the preparation of requests for the modification of the concession contracts signed with the Ministry of Energy and Mines; as well as submitting the technical reports required by authorities such as Osinergmin.
