ATRIA is the largest energy dealer in Perú with regional presence in Chile. It has more than 650 industrial clients. . Our client subscribed a Power Purchase Agreement with Engie Energía Chile S.A. (Engie) on April 30, 2021. During 2022, Engie asked our client to terminate the contract because Engie does not want to maintain the prices agreed between both parties for the energy supply. This is not a valid and legal cause for early termination of the Contract, so Engie has decided to initiate an arbitration proceeding as a response for the unjustified termination of the contract according to Chilean regulations.
