Hytera is a leading multinational company in the manufacture and distribution of professional radio communication equipment, linked to the telecommunications sector.
As part of its commercial relationships, Hytera enters into contracts with distributors in different parts of the world so that they can market its products. In Peru, Hytera entered into a Marketing Agreement with Radio Networks S.A.
This company, despite having received the equipment, failed to pay the value of the products delivered by Hytera. Therefore, Hytera, advised at that time by Estudio Muñiz, initiated legal actions before the Judiciary to collect the debt that Radio Networks had for an approximate amount of USD 1 Million.
This company, in the course of the judicial process, decided to resort to our sponsorship, so our firm is currently the one that sponsors Hytera in this and other administrative litigation.
