Our client, concessionaire of the North Terminal Multipurpose Port of Callao, has entrusted us with his defense in a dispute against the Municipality of Callao, who has denied our client the building license for the expansion of the Multipurpose North Terminal of the Port of Callao.
This process is very important because an unfavorable result could affect: (i) the increase of the commercial operations of APM Terminals Callao S.A; (ii) the expansion of the port infrastructure, and (iii) could expose the client to a fine of approximately US$ 13,000,000.00.
