An employee of the company filed a labour lawsuit against APM Terminals, alleging cessation of hostile acts and discrimination due to his objection to mandatory COVID-19 vaccination. He contended that the mandatory vaccination infringed upon his fundamental rights. We were actively involved in developing the legal strategy and representing APM Terminals in the proceedings. The outcome of the process was a success, with no contingencies arising for the company.
