As legal advisors to Michelin del Perú, a company engaged in tire manufacturing and related services, we provided guidance and assistance in the termination of employment relationships for 50% of their workforce. This action was part of a global restructuring effort undertaken by the company. Our role included advising and participating in negotiations, which proved successful with the majority of employees. As a result, the company experienced minimal contingencies during this process.
