We provided legal counsel for the registration of the Eugia trademark, which faced opposition from two parties:
i) Mega Lifesciences Public Company Limited, the holder of the trademarks EUGICA and EUGICA HERBAL INFUSION.
ii) NEOLPHARMA PERU S.A.C, the holder of the trademark ZEUGICAL.
We have responded to these oppositions, and the case is currently pending resolution in the first instance.
