We received an inquiry from our client Pharmaris Peru that was seeking to determine whether a minor change of the information of the sanitary registration was subject to an automatic approval before DIGEMID, since the applicable regulation presents a contradiction regarding communications for minor changes. It was important to establish a legal analysis of this aspect, as it was necessary to determine what type of information needs to be submitted in case of a public bidding to avoid possible observations regarding the technical proposal of the product to be acquired.
