Client Requirement: As the manager of a series of gas stations in Lima, our client must care about the right quality of wastewater discharged through the sewage of the Water Service Company. Client requested us to design the protocol in order not only to get the expected result on the quality of the wastewater, but also to be ready to evidence such compliance.
Our participation: We worked on the protocol design considering the national regulations and worked on the corresponding Plan B in case one or more components of the wastewater exceeds the parameters. This is a critical topic for the client because according to the law there are certain parameters which lack of compliance could cause the suspension of the water service, which at the end will generate the closing of the business.
Client benefit: Our client received the expected protocol, but it also got a Plan B to avoid the risk of a potential closing of business, as an extra benefit based on our experience.
