Client Requirement: Taking advantage of the New Airport Infrastructure that is currently under construction with an estimated investment of USD 2 Billion, our client will build a sophisticated infrastructure within the New Lima Airport in order to provide aircraft service maintenance.
Our participation: We have provided legal assistance to the client, so all legal and environmental requirements coming from the Peruvian legislation from one side, as well as from the contractual commitments of the concessionaire of the airport on the other side, are aligned one to each other. This task is not necessarily easy to reach because regulation or requirements coming from different sources can, eventually, be contradictory.
Client benefit: We managed and organized duties from different sources so the client found all of them clearly harmonized and ready to comply with.
